This gives us more options to generate stable and affordable electricity on a large scale to meet future needs.

I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Bill Fudge. Bill is a global health guru - he has indeed saved hundreds of millions of lives. He is also my close friend and mentor, who not only gave me a profound understanding of global health history, but also inspired me with his belief that there is still much we can do to alleviate human suffering.
Thank you to all the outstanding people and global leaders who participated in the @Gates Foundation #Target Guardian #. We urgently need to take action to achieve a fairer and safer future for all by 2030. But today I am more encouraged than ever, and I believe it can be done.
I am in awe of people who have dedicated
their lives to making the world a more
equitable place, and I feel lucky to be able to
support their efforts.
