Go to the military base shown on the map.
Go to the Boiler Side.
Go to the car with an opened trunk near the Military Checkpoint and check the jacket in the trunk.
Loot the key. Remember, you will not always loot the key here.
Go to the right side of the building shown in the above map. You might have to encounter some enemies in the yard.
Eliminate all enemies, enter the building, pass the admin area, and go to the left.
Pass the Kitchen table on the right, and room 114 is right side once you pass the kitchen table.
Use the 114 key to unlock the door and get inside. Grab the Carbon Case on the top of the table.
